Manor koi started out life in 1988 as a small back garden dealer in manor road Benfleet (where the name Manor Koi originated). 

We soon grew and after four years of trading expanded into our new purpose built site at pound lane on the outskirts of Basildon.

We continued to grow and build up a name as being one of the top specialist Koi dealers in the UK and after just six more years in 1998 Manor Koi grew to take over the existing garden centre and to carry on expanding and offering an exceptional service to our customers.

To date we now have some 30,000 gallons of filtered water to keep and display our stocks of Koi, we are one of a very few company's that have separate quarantine facilities where all newly imported Koi are kept for a minimum of three weeks, where they are tested treated and independently checked by outside labs to make sure that the fish for sale are in the best possible condition.

We have an exceptional reputation for being able to help customers with any problems that they may encounter whether it is a fish health problem, filter problem, or anything fish related and we are even sent customers from other retailers for help.  We have many years of knowledge and if we cant give you an immediate answer will try our best to find out for you!

We were one of the first company's in the UK to offer purpose built filtration systems and to date are still manufacturing our own designed G.R.P.  filter systems that have been purchased by many happy Koi keepers and many other dealers world wide.(yes we even have a system working in Japan).

We currently import fish from all over the world but our main supplier of Koi is still Japan where we have good ties and have many friends.

We have also expanded into the tropical and marine fish market and can offer exceptional help advice and competitive pricing on all live stock and dry goods.

We build all our Manor Multi-Bay pond filters on site.  We start from single bay filters, up to 8 bay filters.  They all come with media unless you don't need it.  They have a standard build design, but because we make them on site, we are able to customise them to your needs, so if you need inlet/outlet holes in a different position we can do this for you.  With the Tower Shower filters, our standard is 3 bays, but if you would like a smaller tower (or larger) we can add or subtract a level.  We can also increase the length of the cascade shelf. 
All filters that are 3 bays or larger can be either pump fed or gravity fed.  We also have stock tanks that we can convert into biobeds.
We can even add a UV unit to it if you like upon request.
